Universal Mind Now Available


We now have the Universal Mind magazine on sale in the Church.

Copies are available from the front table. Price is $5 per copy.
Part-proceeds go towards upkeep of the Church.

New Church Year starts Monday 3rd February


The Church will resume all activities after the Christmas recess on Monday 3rd February.

This means that all Church activities will be resuming then, including:

  • Monday evening activities - 7:10pm Healing, 8:00pm Meditation circle
  • Wednesday activities - 9:30am Meditation/discussion group, 11am Healing, 12noon healing meditation service

We look forward to seeing everybody there.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Church will be held on Saturday 18th January 2014.
The meeting will be held within the Church premises at 388 Stirling Street, Highgate.
it will be held at 10am sharp so please be early to ensure that you are registered before the meeting starts.

Weekday Activities In Christmas Recess


All Weekday Activities are now in recess (Monday evenings, Wednesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons).
They will recommence in the new year, starting on Monday 3rd February.
Divine Services (Sunday services) continue through December and January without interruption.

Our services for the Christmas & New Year Period are as follows:

Christmas Fete - Help & Items Wanted

Help Wanted

We are looking for people to assist with both the preparation and running of the fete.
You can do a morning shift, afternoon shift or even all day!
Tasks to be covered include:
• Setup (gazebos, tables, etc.)
• Preparation (putting out items for sale)
• Running BBQs
• Making food (Devonshire teas, etc)
• Selling things (food, clothes, bric-a-brac, etc.)
• Pull-down & tidy up


Gardeners Wanted!

We are looking for people who enjoy gardening who have an hour a week to spare.

Our Spring garden is full of blooms and needs an extra bit of TLC to keep it in good condition.
if you have a few minutes to spare, either once off or on a weekly basis, and would like to dead-head roses, pull weeds, mulch gardens, plant new flowers, etc. then we would love to hear from you.

Refuge items Needed

The local womens refuge the Church supports is always looking for items to assist the women, babies, children and (sometimes) teenagers who are their clients.

Non-perishable foods, seasonal clothing, unused consumables (toothpaste, soap, etc) and items needed to set up homes are always wanted.

Baby capsules and children seats are also very welcomed.

Please drop them off in boxes to the Church or see Marva or Andy if you need further information.


Christmas Fete - Saturday 23rd November

We are having a Christmas Fete this year on Saturday 23rd November.
Please mark this date in your diary as we would love to have you there.

The fete is always enjoyed by all and its a lovely way to meet your fellow churchgoers in a
relaxing atmosphere.

This year there will be items available for purchase as Christmas gifts, being so close to the Christmas festive season.
